Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how PromptExtract handles information when you use the image to text prompt generator.
Information We Process
- Uploaded images: Images you upload are sent to our server to generate prompts. For this hackathon deployment, uploaded images and generated prompt text may also be stored in Cloudflare R2 and D1 for internal review and debugging.
- Usage data: Basic server logs (such as IP address and request timing) may be collected for security, rate limiting, and service reliability.
- Third-party AI processing: Image analysis is performed through a configured AI provider API. That provider processes the image according to its own policies.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not require account registration to use the core generator.
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not expose API keys in the frontend.
Cookies and Verification
If Cloudflare Turnstile or similar verification is enabled, those services may set cookies or collect signals to prevent abuse. Refer to Cloudflare's privacy documentation for details.
Data Retention
Uploaded images and generated prompts may be retained in Cloudflare storage for hackathon evaluation and service debugging. There is no automatic deletion schedule in this deployment. Server logs may also be retained for a limited period for operational and security purposes.
Your Choices
Do not upload images containing sensitive personal information you do not want processed by an AI service. You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
