These Terms of Service govern your use of PromptExtract, an image to text prompt generator operated as a web application. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Service Description
PromptExtract allows signed-in users to upload reference images and generate text prompts intended for use with AI image models. The service is provided on an as-is basis for creative and educational purposes.
Third-Party Models and Trademarks
Image2TextPrompt is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any referenced AI model provider. Model names are used solely to describe prompt-format compatibility. Image2TextPrompt provides prompt-generation services and does not provide, resell, or claim ownership of third-party AI models.
Accounts and Credits
You must sign in with Google to use the generator. The service may grant free daily credits and spend credits when prompts are generated. Credits have no cash value and may be changed, limited, or reset as the product evolves.
Subscriptions
Subscription plans may be displayed while billing is being tested. Until payment processing is enabled, plan buttons do not create a subscription or charge a payment method. We may offer limited promotional credits for plan interest during testing.
Acceptable Use
- You may not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service or its API.
- You are responsible for how you use generated prompts and any images you create with third-party tools.
Intellectual Property
You retain rights to images you upload. Generated prompt text is provided for your use. The PromptExtract name, branding, and site design remain the property of the operator.
Disclaimer
PromptExtract does not guarantee that generated prompts will produce identical results in any image model. Outputs may vary based on model behavior, settings, and reference image quality.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PromptExtract and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
